text-align: var(--text-align);\">but because it\u2019s so close.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Mindfulness doesn\u2019t mean doing everything perfectly or constantly \u201cliving in the moment.\u201d<\/p><p class=\"p1\">It doesn\u2019t demand discipline or optimization.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Mindfulness means noticing what is already there.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The good.\nThe uncomfortable.\nThe familiar.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">And recognizing that, in itself, this is already enough.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Because life doesn\u2019t happen in spectacular scenes.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">It happens between moments.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Between two words.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Between a gesture and the silence that follows.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Between you and the person you love.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In places where nothing special was planned \u2014\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;
